PHILOSOPHY
This work is rooted in the understanding that the body functions as an integrated whole, shaped by nourishment, rhythm, environment, and demand. Rather than isolating symptoms, the focus is on patterns — how systems interact, adapt, and respond over time.
Nutrition here is not reduced to macros or quick fixes. Food, timing, and supportive inputs are considered for how they influence digestion, energy, stress response, and long-term resilience.
The goal is to create a stable internal environment where the body can do what it is designed to do: regulate, repair, and adapt through the natural ups and downs of life.
Each client completes a comprehensive intake and assessment prior to their session. Using this information, Raina develops a personalized plan based on the patterns that emerge, as well as the client’s priorities and goals.
Recommendations are tailored to meet the client where they are and focus on four foundational areas:

ABOUT RAINA
Hi there! I’m Raina Potter, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a decade of experience exploring the deeper connections between nutrition, health, and whole-body healing. My journey began after my own autoimmune diagnosis, when I was given no hope or support through conventional channels. That moment became a turning point—sending me on a path of rigorous study, lived experience, and profound personal healing.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely as a client under exceptionally skilled Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. Their wisdom, combined with my education as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and years of personal research, shaped the way I see the body: not as isolated systems, but as a web of interconnected organs, energy pathways, emotions, and patterns of imbalance.
This perspective allows me to support clients on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and energetic—while always grounding the work in nutritional foundations, physiology, and what feels realistic for each individual client. My approach honors the whole person and focuses on gentle, sustainable shifts that help the body return to resilience and balance.
